Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our growing team. The candidate will support the sales team in lead generation, customer communication, product presentations, and business development activities.
This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in technical/software sales and want hands-on exposure to client interaction and solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients through research and online platforms
- Generate leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
- Maintain and update customer databases
Client Communication
- Contact prospective customers to introduce company products and services
- Understand customer requirements and forward qualified leads to senior sales team
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings
Sales Support
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Follow up with clients regarding product inquiries
- Coordinate with technical team for product demonstrations
Product Knowledge & Presentation
- Learn and understand company products (simulation software / engineering solutions)
- Support product presentations and explain features to customers
- Assist in preparing marketing materials
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily activity reports
- Track lead progress and sales pipeline
- Update CRM systems regularly
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (English mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong interest in sales and marketing
- Ability to build relationships with clients
- Willingness to learn technical products
